Stat U S Stark
Starkie is cat and small dog safe. You won’t find a nicer dog than Starky. Despite the challenge of a broken hock that healed poorly and pannus, Starky is a pleasure to have around. He’s good with other dogs and loves people. He’s also good with cats. Starky will need to have drops put in his eyes for the rest of his life. Starky is a sweet loving boy who would be a wonderful addition to almost any family. Starky is great with cats as well as other dogs – he has even shared a home with a chihuahua. He has excellent manners in the house and is very affectionate. Starky is vocal if he feels that his cuddle meter is getting too low. He has become his foster mom’s “velcro” dog. Starky enjoys the company of other pets and probably wouldn’t be happy as an only pet. Starky has stolen the hearts of his foster family including their dominant yellow lab mix which says a lot. Starkie was adopted on 06/14/2005 by Heather Brooks and Aaron Buza.
UPDATE: Starky is my velcro dog. He’s a very loving dog and enjoys wearing his pjs to bed and a tshirt all day. I think he generally loves to dress up. He’s wearing his doggles above to help counteract the effect of sunlight on his pannus but you can tell he just loves to be a show off. What a great boy. We love him with all our hearts. Thanks GEM.
