San Tan Stick Up
Robbie entered the TGIE prison program on July 25, 2013 and graduated on October 3rd.
Update:Robbie is turning heads and winning new friends (four- and two-footed) with his gentle nature, good manners, and stunning looks. He is a quiet, laid-back boy who is happiest when he is close to his humans. He doesn’t demand attention, but loves his scritches and responds affectionately. Robbie has taken very well to praise & positive reinforcement (treats!) and is retaining much of the training he received at TGIE. He walks like a dream–a plus for dog-walkers! On a visit to a Convalescent Center just a week after coming into foster care, Robbie trotted happily at my heels, off-leash, on a mini-track in the garden area. He even let the competition, a two-year old child, “win” each race! Robbie would, I suspect, make an excellent therapy dog with his native intelligence and quiet, gentle ways. What a great hound!
