Roxy is a sweet lover big time. A little timid at first, she gets along with all other dogs in her foster home and has had no issues with the cats. While she wants to play with them at times, she does not chase or do anything dangerous. She just goes up, ears up & looks at them with a “Hey, want to play?”

Her foster home has a pet parrot. Roxy & the parrot have a crazy relationship! The parrot teases her when she wants to play. Roxy barks at her, slaps down in front & puts her butt up. Bird will comb his feathers with a peanut shell, she thinks its food, Bird offers her it, pulls it back…game on!! Of course, the parrot is a trouble maker and Roxy is hilarious.

Roxy would make a good fit in any home. She needs reassurance & loves to be with you. She is coming from a stressful household and doesn’t like raised voices. She loves to cuddle and is looking for a home where she can feel safe and have fun with a loving family.
