River is a sweet mama, but is still very dependent on Freda. If Freda goes in a room, River is right behind her. If River is in the yard, she’ll turn around and come back in the house, only to follow Freda back out again. At this point in time, I don’t believe they could be separated. River LOVES toys and enjoys snuggling with Fifi (my almost 12 yr old). River is beginning to seek out attention and enjoys it, but will walk away from it easily too. She will bark at the squirrels and occasionally a passing dog, if she’s outside. She has a sweet quiet personality. River may learn to snuggle someday, but she isn’t really interested in it yet. I do work with her and love on her to try to encourage being closer to her people. This is just her personality, she is very sweet. I’ve only ever heard her growl when Freda steps on her.
