I picked up May in late May of 2016. She had a long journey and stayed with Merrie West the first night. When May was delivered from the hauler someone noticed she was limping on her rear leg. After further investigation it was discovered she had a fractured hock. May was such a good girl about the whole ordeal. Everyone who had something to do with her recovery fell in love with her. She is a real trooper and did not let any of this stop her from being the character that she is.

May discovered stuffies right away. She keeps herself busy playing. Then she sacks out on the slumber ball pillow as she loves to be comfortable.
I work full time. May is crated during the times I am out of the house. She does not get upset or cry when I leave her but is very vocal when I come home. She is a doll. When the alarm clock goes off in the morning she comes right over to give me kisses. She yearns to be allowed on the bed however that is for her forever family to decide. So she obeys that rule. She does however like to snuggle. And she is very loving. She tries her very best to be the best Greyhound she can be.
May will make s living addition to a home with s yard so she can be free once in a while. She loves to sun herself too and enjoys her yard time.
May walks well on leash and does her potty business both in the run or on walks. She is quick to potty so you have to make sure she finished her job.
She is very good around cats and small dogs. She did not give my parrots a second look. I do not know if May is small children safe as she is still possessive of toys and bones when they are in her possession.
She is full of love and is a very good girl. Her leg is healed but she still needs for it to gain strength. She bunny hops on it once in a while.
