What sweet, loving big guy! Energizer has been with us for a few weeks and is settling into home life very nicely. If you are up and about, more than likely he’s going to be there to check out what is going on. He spends the rest of his time voluntarily in the crate. He gets along greyt with our girl Winnie and has no interest in the cat. Energizer also spent an afternoon with a smaller dog and was a perfect gentleman. He has mastered the stairs using his unusual “hop” method and hasn’t had an accident in the house since his second day. He lets himself out the doggie door and will always go out when prompted before bed. Energizer has slept through the night on the floor next to our bed with no issues. He walks on a lead with no pulling or lunging. The only negative thing I can say about him is that he is VERY motivated by food. We have to feed him first and then crate him so Winnie can eat. He hasn’t shown any aggression under any circumstances. He isn’t very fond of our 6 year old granddaughter. She just moves way too fast for him so he will retreat to his crate when she is around. Energizer is just starting to get interested in toys. Although what he does with them is rather peculiar. He will shake them a couple times and then take them outside to leave them there. All in all he is a good boy and will make a family happy.
