Drasco, aka Janson, is the biggest lovebug. We’ve only had him a few days, but he is a happy boy! He is extremely outgoing to everyone he meets, including small kids. He is a leaner and loves to give snoot rubs. He is doing great with housebreaking; he knows to do his business outside, but still working on letting us know when he has to go. Letting him out frequently has helped with this. He’s been around fireworks and a thunderstorm and was unfazed. He seems happy around other large dogs, but hasn’t been up close to a small one yet. He is interested in our cats, but in a playful, chasing, curious way. He can be called off with a very firm No. Just recently he is spotting the cats, looking away at me, and then choosing to go lay down instead. He will be cat safe in time. He will jump in the car with a little prodding and will go into the crate with a little push and settles down quickly without much whining. He eats great and loves his squeaky toys. Now that he has the routine down he sleeps through the night (10-530am) with no issues, on a dog bed near our bed. He enjoys walking through the neighborhood; he will pull for the first bit, but then gets the hang of it. He walks perfectly with no pulling on a no pull harness. He would be a great addition to any family!
