Emma is the prettiest little black girl that I’ve seen in awhile. She has very unique white markings including a partial white collar around her neck. Emma is somewhat shy & skittish but she is changing almost every day in her foster home. Emma is cat safe and will do best in a home with another dog where she has a friend to help her learn the ropes of retirement.
